Performance Coaching

Our careers help to define who we are. As adults who are part of the workforce, we spend over 40 hours a week at work. In addition, we may spend time outside of work doing things that are related to our professions, such as studying, improving our skills or attending seminars.

Performance Coaching is a service that is tailored toward working professionals who wish to achieve their potential. Unlike with other forms of therapy, this service involves the client and therapist focusing primarily on the client’s work life. Essentially the goal with clients who have a mental health concern is to take a person who’s functioning is below average, and facilitate their ability to return to their ‘normal’ level of functioning. Performance coaching, on the other hand, focuses on individuals who want to push their level of functioning above their norm. During Performance Coaching sessions, the client and therepist work towards goal development and achievement, boosting productivity, reducing work stress and much more.

Some areas of focus in performance coaching sessions are Goal Development, Clarity, Motivation, Communication, Core Beliefs and Values, Passion, Public Speaking, Assertiveness, Work Stress, How to Be a Better Team Leader, Organisation and Work-Life Balance.
