According to UNICEF in 2005, childhood refers to the quality and condition of a child’s life between their birth and reaching adulthood. It is a time to play and be at school, to grow up strong and confidant, to be free of fear, to be safe from violence, and to be protected from abuse and exploitation.

However, unfortunately, much of our youth face mental health concerns, that can have a lasting impact on their wellbeing. The National Mental Health Survey conducted in India in 2016 found the rate of mental illnesses in children to be 7.5%, however other psychological studies show this rate to be as high as 12.5%.
Children today can experience several concerns that can be tackled through therapy. By working with both the child and their parents we aim to resolve or manage these challenges.
